Performing as an ancient Greek playwright, an ancient Roman house slave, or Tudor player, Eden will bring history to life, with a living history workshop. The children will have a chance to be part of history, question a character, and then take part in a story from that time.
Many of Shakespeare’s stories can be brought to life with an interactive storytelling and workshop where the children play the roles in the story while eden questions the audience on what’s happening and why?
For younger children, Professor Libris can take them on a story journey around a uncharted jungle or mysterious planet, all without leaving the school hall.
Eden Ballantyne has over 10 years of experience performing and delivering workshops in schools as well as in a range of national museums.
“Eden is quick to come up with fantastic ideas which engage both children and adults. He has a huge range of skills and has the capability to apply them to whatever theme or event he is tasked with.”
Lisa Turton, Events and Interpretation Manager, The Royal Armouries
He told creation stories with great enthusiasm from lots of different cultures, he kept the children really enthralled and created a really fun and engaging time for everyone.
All in all I had a lovely experience working with him and would recommend him for any opportunity.”
